Hi – my name is Ruben, and I’ve been on quite the body transformation journey.

Actually, I’ve tried to lose weight since my mid-20s, when I first gained a lot of weight. Some attempts were more successful than others – but the result was always the same:
Back to square one – plus 5 to 10 kilos.

This cycle kept repeating itself until I hit an all-time high:
160 kg at the age of 45.

At that point, I was on a break from my professional life – and I finally had time to really dig into the topic. I started researching. I started testing.
And I discovered something surprising:

It’s not about a personal trainer.
It’s not about expensive diet plans.
It’s about understanding the simple math of how the body actually works.

Now, I’m 47, and I feel younger, stronger, and more alive than I did at 25.
